Springs

Springs/Wireforms

Springs are common in all kinds of machines — from consumer products to heavy industrial equipment. Take apart anything that involves a mechanism, and chances are, you’ll find a spring inside. Springs are storage devices for mechanical energy, analogous to the electrical storage capacity of batteries. We are able to provide the following types of springs with tremendous quality and timely delivery

-Compression Springs-Used to resist compressive forces, commonly used in automotive and industrial applications.

-Extension Springs-Designed to absorb and store energy by resisting a pulling force.

-Torsion Springs-Provide torque or rotary force. A clothespin is a great example

-Wire Forms-Custom shaped wire pieces for unique applications where standard spring shapes will not suffice

-Flat springs-Made from non round material often found in electrical devices.

We can also provide assistance with design and material selection. We provide complete parts including any heat treating or finishing required.
